Westcroft acquired land without prior planning approval, eventually securing permission for the construction of 79 apartments and 4 commercial units. The construction phase spanned 18 months, culminating in the sale of the completed project to an institutional investor.
The region experienced a surge in housing demand, and this initiative effectively addressed a substantial shortage within the community.
Given its location in the town center and the intricacies of a twin-build construction, this project posed a considerable challenge. We collaborated closely with the local community and shop owners to ensure minimal disruption during the construction process.
