Project: Conversion of offices to 30 residential apartments & 4 commercial units

Westcroft acquired a commercial building containing office space and, after obtaining planning permission, successfully completed the transformation into 30 residential apartments with 6 commercial units. The 14-month construction project was commissioned and overseen by the Westcroft Group.
The endeavor faced complexities stemming from the conversion within an existing structure, presenting numerous hidden challenges. Despite these obstacles, the construction process proved intriguing. Noteworthy efforts were undertaken to minimize disruptions to traffic and the surrounding local area.
